Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Your Data Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations), you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Request portability of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Object to automated decision-making

What Data We Delete

When you submit a data deletion request, we will delete:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, company details, and authentication credentials
  • Business Context: Business profiles, competitor lists, product catalogs, KPIs, and goals you provided
  • Campaign Data: Cached advertising data from connected platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Usage Data: Interaction logs, feature usage analytics, and session data
  • AI Data: AI-generated recommendations, decision history, and optimization records
  • Platform Tokens: OAuth tokens and API credentials for connected advertising platforms

What We Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction and billing records (as required by tax/accounting laws)
  • Data necessary for legal compliance or dispute resolution
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App

Log in to your 1stly account, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. This will initiate automatic deletion of all your data.

Option 2: Email Request

Send a data deletion request to privacy@1stly.io with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your 1stly account
  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Option 3: Contact Form

You can also submit a request through our contact page.

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Third-Party Platform Data

1stly connects to third-party advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) on your behalf. When you request data deletion:

  • We immediately revoke all OAuth tokens and API access
  • We delete all cached data from these platforms stored in our systems
  • Data stored by Google, Meta, or TikTok on their own platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies

Meta Platform Data Deletion Callback

If you signed up or logged in to 1stly using Facebook Login, you can remove your data by:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. Click Apps and Websites
  3. Find and click 1stly
  4. Click Remove

This will trigger our data deletion callback, and we will delete all data associated with your Facebook login.
